You Can Now Use Google Street View To Explore This Miniature Town And It's Glorious
This sprawling miniature city has tons of places to explore including a full sized airport and a street fair.
Google's latest project is quite small, but it also pretty grand. You can now use Google maps street view to explore Hamburg's Miniatur Wunderland, the world's largest miniature railway.
Miniatur Wunderland is home to over 13 kilometers of track and over 200,000 model citizens.
Google partnered with Germany's own Ubilabs in order to bring the project to life. It's pretty massive. Multiple areas are open to explore including an airport and a street-fair.
Google hopes to add entire countries in the near future. Italy is projected to be available to explore sometime in the coming months. Here's a video explaining the project and process of making it come to life.
